• Cautions & contraindications:
• The drug should not be used for the following patients: Patients who have history of hypersensitivity to the drug. Patients who have aspirin induced or history of asthma. This drug should not be used in eyes or mucosal membrane. This drug should be used carefully in patients with bronchial asthma.
• Skin: Frequent redness, rash, pruritus, skin dryness & itching, rarely swelling may occur. When these symptoms are severe, the use of this drug should be stopped. Photo skin irritation may occur if Ultra Violet (UV) irradiated to applied site. Avoid sun light exposure to the applied site during wearing plaster, and this caution should also be exercised at least 4 weeks after removal of Plaster.
• Allergic reactions: Rarely anaphylactoid reactions (urticaria, dyspnea) may occur. In such cases the use of the drug should be stopped. The treatment by anti- inflammatory analgesics is a symptomatic treatment not causal treatment.
• As this drug may conceal skin inflammations, this drug should be administrated carefully concomitantly with antibiotics or antifungal agents & shall be carefully monitored when used in the inflammation accompanying the infection.
• When this drug is used in chronic disease (deformans arthritis etc.) the other therapy besides drug treatment should be considered, the condition of patients should be monitored & attention should be paid to the occurrence of adverse reactions.
